Ok here is a guide on Buildings

Once research is done these builds are no longer needed.

Forge

Stable also after Relief Station is lvl 9
Workshop after Walls are Lvl 9/10
Inn after Feasting Hall Lvl 9

Market - only if you want to sell Supplies in that town
Embassy - Only need if you want alliance troops to help defend you city
WareHouse - not need but helps when being attacked to use Disaster Relief Comfort
